How you found fitness:
I found fitness from doing sports my whole life and sometime in high school I started taking it more seriously to be better at wrestling.
Athletic background:
I’ve been a wrestler for a while ever since 1st grade, I was a hurdler in track since middle school, I did cross country in high school, and I currently train MMA.
How you got into coaching:
I had made a friend from the cross country team in senior year of high school and he wanted to start lifting weights to get more muscle and so I started to coach him but it was more of a learning experience where I actually ended up learn how to coach by coaching him.
What it means to you to coach or what you love about it:
Coaching to me means making a relationship with someone and getting to learn more about them while simultaneously helping them achieve fitness goals.
What is your favorite thing to coach or specialty or type of client you enjoy working with:
I like coaching younger kids in the speed school or other places like a school sports team because their excitement for their sport or goal gets me remembering my excitement for my sport and then that makes me want to train them to be the best.
