An exercise program that encourages and helps sustain the functional independence of seniors (ages 55+). “The needs of an Olympic athlete and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.”

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am.

KIDS

For our future athletes! We aim to provide a safe teaching and exercise environment to build healthy habits in the next generation.

Tuesday - 4:30p (5-8 years) & 5:30p (9+)
Thursday - 4:30p (5-8 years) & 5:30p (9+)
Saturday - 9:00a (5-8 years) & 10:00a (9+)
